Lexi works collaboratively with adults and teens to rebuild hope when they are feeling lost, gain control of their emotions, and learn ways to effectively get their needs met. She also helps parents learn how to be mindful and present while finding creative and productive ways to reframe their teen's difficulties. Lexi takes an integrative and holistic approach to understanding how problems arise in life and strives to tailor therapy to the unique strengths, challenges, and life experiences of each client. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and practices from a feminist and multicultural framework.
Lexi is continually amazed by the persistence and resilience shown by her clients and is grateful to be a part of their journey in life.
