Preparation. You'll find helpful information on this blog post.

First Session (2 - 2.5 hours). Your initial paperwork is reviewed, an in depth personal interview will be completed (including time for Q&A). Your pulse, tongue, and abdomen will all be examined. Your first acupuncture treatment is given.

Between First and Second Sessions. A personalized report of findings will be composed based on your unique information and needs. Each report will include traditional Chinese medical diagnoses, treatment strategy, prognoses, measurable objectives (areas of improvement we can watch for to know we are moving in the right direction), herbal and supplement suggestions, and extensive lifestyle recommendations.

Second Session (2 - 2.5 hours). Your report of findings will be presented and reviewed with you. Your second acupuncture treatment will be given.

Subsequent appointments are approximately one hour.
